At Livy Emmanuella, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please review the following details regarding our shipping practices:
1. In-Stock Orders
- All in-stock orders will be shipped within three (3) business days of purchase.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.
2. Third-Party Shipping
- Some items are shipped directly from third-party suppliers. Shipping timelines for these products may vary and will be noted in the product descriptions when possible.
- If your order contains both in-stock and third-party items, they may arrive separately.
3. Shipping Delays & Extreme Circumstances
- In the event of extreme circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, personal emergencies), we will temporarily disable ordering capabilities to prevent delays.
- If an order is placed during a time when we cannot ship:
- We will reach out to inform you of the delay.
- If the delay is significant, we will offer a full refund upon request.
4. Lost Packages & Insurance
- We are not liable for lost packages once they are in the hands of the mail carrier.
- We purchase package protection for all shipments of in stock items. This is complimentary.
5. Responsibility & Address Accuracy
- We are not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
