Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within three (3) days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, clean, scent-free, and have all original tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued in store credit only.
Important Notes:
- The returned item must start tracking within three (3) business days of initiating the return. If tracking does not begin within this timeframe, the item will no longer be eligible for return.
- We are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by mail carriers.
***Livy’s Closet Items, swim, earrings, socks, seasonal items, items used for breastfeeding (with the exception of shirts), and sale items are not eligible for returns.
